Recently, the pricing policy for Google Workspace has changed, and this adjustment has been made to provide greater value to our customers.
This price change is part of an update that includes the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Gemini feature as standard.
Gemini AI, which originally incurred an additional charge of $30 per month, is now included in Google Workspace,
allowing customers to use even more powerful productivity tools at a more economical price.

The changed price list is below.
The new prices will be applied from March 17, 2025.

Key Changes:
– Gemini AI features are included in Google Workspace Business and Enterprise plans.
– There is no need to purchase additional add-ons anymore.
– New sales of the existing Gemini for Google Workspace add-on will be discontinued from January 15, 2025, and you will not be charged after January 31.
– Existing add-on subscribers can continue to use it without interruption.
– Prices for Google Workspace Business and Enterprise plans will be updated from March 17, 2025. (π₯²)
– The new prices reflect powerful AI features and Google Workspace’s continued innovation.

– AI support directly through the Gemini side panel in Gmail, Docs, and Sheets
– “Help me write” feature to help write professional emails and documents in Gmail and Docs
– “take notes for me” feature that automatically captures meeting minutes in Meet
– Gemini Advanced to help with information retrieval, idea development, and solving complex projects
– NotebookLM Plus to accelerate team knowledge sharing
– Gemini app with data protection features
