What’s changing?
Last August, we announced Help me write and Refine my draft shortcuts on mobile devices.
We are pleased to extend the Help me write shortcut to the web and introduce the Polish shortcut on the web and mobile, which allows you to refine emails even faster.
- On the web, the Help me write shortcut is now displayed in the email body when the email draft is empty. For drafts containing 12 or more words, the Polish shortcut is displayed. You can tap the shortcut text or type Ctrl+H to automatically display the refined email results.
(Mac: ⌥ + H, some Windows may be alt + H)
- On mobile, the Help me write shortcut continues to appear in the email body when the email draft is empty.
The Polish shortcut is now displayed for drafts containing 12 or more words. Swipe the shortcut text to automatically display the refined email results. From here, users can tap the Polish chip (Format, Elaborate, or Shorten) to edit the draft in place.
